Richele is skilled in many modalities, she specializes in Injury Treatment,Trigger Point Therapy and Deep Tissue Massage. At times she will incorporate Cupping Therapy to further enhance the therapeutic benefits. Richele works at the cellular level to realign muscles and soft tissue, which not only helps her clients feel better, but actually be better.
While Richele is known for her deep tissue skills she also excels in relaxation massage therapy.

Teresa Eucker, LMT: Teresa received her massage training from Alexander School of Natural Therapeutics in Tacoma,WA.
After completing massage school Teresa continued her education with John F. Barnes in Myfascial Release. Although she is skilled in many modalities she uses a combination of various techniques that are customized to best meet the needs of each individual client.
Teresa is certified in Myofascial Release levels 1 and 2, Fascial Pelvis, and unwinding. She is also certified in Lymph drainage tharepy level I, Intraoral massage, Cupping, Shoulder treatment which addresses frozen shoulder and is currently working towards her certification in CranioSacral Therapy.
Her massage style is relaxation with focused strokes to addesss tension, pain, fascial restrictions and dysfunction. Her touch can range from light medium pressure to a focused therapeutic massage. Her calming and caring energy is sure to leave you feeling relaxed!
Teresa is available for online booking Wednesday and Friday 12:00 pm-7:00 pm, and Saturday 10:00 am - 3:00 pm.
